Thistle Street is a fantastic location just off the main shopping street this hidden cobbled lane in the New Town has a great selection of fashion boutiques, jewellery stores and fine restaurants.
Some of our favourite boutiques are hidden away on this little street.... Jane Davidson's, Covet and Pam Jenkins to name a few... take a look at the official Thistle Street traders website for more details of this hidden gem.

Major tourist attractions such as Edinburgh Castle are only a short stroll away.

NO HEN OR STAG's - THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN A QUIET BUILDING.

Lounge

This modern Edinburgh loft apartment has a good sized lounge area with 2 large sofa's, glass coffee table and large 42" plasma TV on the wall.
There is a dinning table for up to 6 adults, Free Wifi and Surround sound system with DVD.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is located next to the lounge and has built in mirrored wardrobes / drawers and a kingsize bed.
This room has a comfortable leather single sofa seat and ample space for a travel cot is required.

Double Bedroom

The second double bedroom is located to the rear of the apartment and comprises of a Queen size double bed mirrored wardrobe / bedside unit.

Small Twin Bedroom

The small twin room is located to the front of the apartment.. although small it does have 2 full size single beds. Ideal for 2 singles, Kids or Adults for a few nights.

Kitchen

Although when staying in an Edinburgh Holiday Apartment there are traditional and contemporary restaurants literally on your doorstep, we have insured that the kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience.
Gas hob, Electric oven, Kettle, Toaster, Fridge freezer and washing machine. Tumble dryer and dishwasher, Microwave.

Bathroom

A spacious family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, power shower, sink and toilet. Underfloor heating.

Magnífico apartamento (para 6 personas) en pleno centro de Edimburgo, a 5 minutos de la estación. Jhon, el propietario, estuvo muy amable con nosotros, dándonos toda clase de información sobre la ciudad. Lo recomiendo al 100 %.

Stayed at the Thistle Street Loft apartment for 4 nights. Comfortable apartment and plenty of space for our family of 6 accessed by a number of steps. On previous visits to Edinburgh we have stayed in the old town area, the location of this apartment however was just as convenient for visiting Edinburgh attractions and shops. There is a wide choice of good quality restaurants within the same street. There was metered parking areas outside the apartment handy for unloading and loading luggage we then parked in Waverley station long stay car park accessed via New Street and a reasonable price. Jon our contact for innerCityLets was very helpful and was easy to contact throughout

Very comfortable & clean, & excellent facilities. Really comfy beds. WiFi a big hit with teenagers! Ideal location for a family with older children from which to explore the city (couple of flights of stairs, so not so good with a pushchair).

Great experience! Jon - our contact was extremeley helpful and courteous. Apartment was just as seen online - can't fault it at all! Clean, spacious, modern and of great standard! Location was great too - central for george street, Princes street etc - not too far for the firls to walk after a night on the town!! Will definately use it again!

First let me say that Jon was very helpful with setting up the booking and then getting us settled in the apartment. Thanks Jon !! The apartment was well laid out and quite comfortable, everything you would need for a stay. Yes, it is up 3 plus flights of stairs, but not a problem. We really enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh and Thistle Street made all the difference. Only one small problem, there is an alley where all the garbage cans are and late at night/early morning 2-5 am the bars and or restaurants would empty their glass garbage. At time it can be quite loud and would startle us awake. 2 ways to get around it, run white noise a fan or something or have ear plugs. It didn't really bother us once we realized what it was, just went back to sleep. I would definitely recommend Thistle Street and would stay again.

We rented Thistle Street Loft for 6 people and found it spacious and fantastically located right in/near the centre of Edinburgh. Jon was really helpful setting us up at the beginning and helped return a mobile phone a few days after our stay which we left in there by mistake! The flat looks amazing in the pictures and in the description and while in most circumstances it fits these well, a few minor things let it down slightly. The jacuzzi bath had no plug so couldnt be used. The Sky TV has no remote so you need to change at the box and in places the flat looks a bit tired. However, as i say, these were minor issues and didnt really detract from the great weekend we had in the city...

This apartment was perfect for the 5 of us who stayed there and much better than paying for hotel rooms each. Parallel to George Street pubs/clubs and 5 min walk to Princes Street. It was spacious, clean and modern inside. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was really helpful in organising this for us very last minute and at a great price.

Jon met us (we were two families traveling) and escorted us from Thistle street to John Knox where our friends were staying, sorted out where we were to park and then walked me back to Thistle street. Apartments were spacious and very well equipped and felt very good value for money. I would certainly stay here again and would hope to see more of the city than the well appointed toilet in the the Loft where I spent the entire day on my knees!
