How do I Book?

To book one of our apartments you simply click "Book Now" next to the apartment you would like.. the LIVE calendar will appear showing the the available dates and price.

Simply click the arrival date an follow the on screen instructions.

We also have a selected number of partner apartments... you can send the owner a message by simply clicking the "Send enquiry" button. The owner will revert back to you with a quote.

Whats included in the price?

Our apartments are Self Catering.

We will provide Fresh Towels and Fresh Linen. Some apartments have free WiFi included, this will be shown in the description. Any questions regarding individual apartment either download a full PDF from the menu or email / call us / Skype Chat.

Apartments include iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

What Time Is Check In / Out?

Normal Check In Time Is 4pm and Normal Check Out Is 10:30 - 11am.

Most guests will require to check in early and check out late.. We will do our best to juggle both parties departing and arriving. If you require to drop off luggage on your arrival date then please just ask and we will do our best to accommodate.

You will notice that it will state if Jon is online or Offline - Normal office hours are 9am - 5pm Mon/Fri GMT. Old fashioned phone calls are also welcome!

Where Do We Collect Keys?

You will have been sent an Arrival Email upon making your booking, this will have a few question that you need to send back to us regarding your expected arrival times / flight details Etc.

We will meet you at the apartment you have booked with the keys and show you around. We can also arrange to meet you at our office at 64/3 Frederick Street. Please email / Call us to arrange.

Any questions you have we will answer for you. Local Bars, Restaurants, Shops Etc.

You can now send an enquiry to multiple apartments by simply clicking add to enquiry. You will see the enquiry basket at the bottom begins to fill. you can enquire up to 8 apartments at any one time.

How Do I Pay My Balance?

You will have paid a 20% deposit to confirm your booking.. we will email you an online invoice to pay 30 days prior to your arrival date.

If you would like to pay your balance early then simply call us to make payment over the phone.

If you booked via an 3rd party agent such as Haterooms then your balance will have been taken at the point you made the booking.

By using the enquire button you are communicating directly with the apartment owner / Landlord any booking made will be confirmed via innerCityLets.com and 100% honoured by the apartment owner.

My Card Declined on Worldpay

DECLINED.

This message means that your payment attempt was not authorised.

This could be for many different reasons, however, WorldPay are not informed of the exact reason why the transaction has been declined. Reasons why your payment was declined include:

- Some of the card/personal details entered does not match the information held by your Card Issuer.

- You do not have enough cleared funds on your card to cover the amount of the purchase.

- Your Card Issuer referred the transaction for an authorisation code or further identity checks.

- Your card has been reported as lost/stolen and been cancelled by your Card Issuer.

- Your card has or is due to expire and has been replaced by your Card Issuer.

- Your card has recently been replaced by your Card Issuer but not yet activated.

- Your card cannot be used to pay for goods/services in a Cardholder-Not-Present environment (online/over the internet).

- There may be a problem with your Card Issuer’s authorisation system

If you are sure that one of the reasons above does not apply to your payment attempt, we recommend that you try again. However, should the problem persist, please contact your Card Issuer to find out further information.

Basic apartment rules

When staying in one of our apartments there are some simple rules we ask that you would please abide by.



1) Remember that there are other private residents in the apartment block so please Keep noise to a minimum - Especially late at night!

2) Remember to lock the door when you leave.

3) Please double check you have all your possession before you check out.

4) Anything you damage by mistake - please inform us immediately.

5) Wash up all dishes you have used - or if possible use the dishwasher.

6) Don’t leave the apartment in a mess!

7) BUT REMEMBER TO HAVE A GREAT TIME!

How far from the airport?

Edinburgh Airport is located only 8 miles from the City centre.

You can either take the Airport Express (see link in local info) this costs around 15 mins.

Alternatively you can take a taxi for around £15 / £20

What's an Aero-Bed

Some of our apartment's have the option to use additonal Aero-Beds to make the occupancy "Up to" the number stated as maximum.

These beds either single or double depending on the apartment are very high quality and are comfier than prety much any bed you will have slept on before.

All Apartments Provided Are Strictly Non-Smoking.

On Confirmation Of Booking A 20% Deposit Of The Full Amount Payable At The Time Of Booking Will Be Paid Direct To Innercitylets.com.
The Full Cost Of Accommodation Must Be Settled At Least 4 Weeks Prior To Arrival. Where A Reservation Is Made Within This Period Full Payment Must Be Made At Time Of Booking. Payment Not Received Within 20 Days Will Result In Cancellation By Innercitylets.com, No Deposit Or Payments Will Be Refunded.

It Is Your Responsibility To Ensure That The Apartment You Reserve Is Suitable For Your Party. Please Check Before Booking That The Apartment Will Be Suitable For You (E.g. Any Medical Conditions, Disabled Access, Sleeping Arrangements, Etc). Any Changes Or Cancellations Will Be Subject To The Normal Cancellation Policy. No Changes Or Refunds Can Be Made On Arrival And You Will Be Liable For The Full Cost Of Accommodation Booked.

Check In Time 4pm; Check Out Time 10:30/11am. If You Require To Be Checked In Or Out Outside Of These Hours This Has To Be Negotiated With Innercitylets.com. Please Note That Guests Checking In Before 11am Or After 8pm With Be Subject To A £30 Charge. Arrivals After 10pm Will Be Subject To A £40 Charge.

Errors And Omissions Excepted, Details And Specification May Be Subject To Change Without Notice.

Your Credit Card Details Will Be Taken On Arrival As Deposit For Any Damages Incurred During Your Stay. Any Damages/Theft Will Be Charged To Your Credit Card .

Any Additional Guests Staying At The Apartment That Were Not Notified At The Time Of Reservation Will Be Charged For.

Cancellation Policy - We Require A Minimum Of 28 Days For A Cancellation. If You Cancel Within This Period Then You Will Be Charged The Full Cost Of The Accommodation. Deposit Paid Is Non-Refundable.
If You Fail To Show Up And Have Not Notified Us Of A Cancellation Then You Will Be Charged The Full Cost Of The Accommodation.

You Will Be Responsible For All Items In The Apartment During Your Stay. Any Damages Or Breakages To The Apartment, It Contents Or In The Common Areas Will Be Charged Directly To You.

All Sets Of Keys Must Be Returned On Departure. A Replacement Fee Of £25 Per Set Will Be Applied If They Are Not Left In The Apartment Upon Departure; Security Keys At £75 Per Key.

We Reserve The Right To Offer You An Alternative Apartment Of Equal Or Better Standard Within The Edinburgh Area Should Your Booked Apartment Be Unavailable For Some Unforseen Reason At The Time Of Your Stay.

Any Lost Property Will Be Held For 7 Days And Then Will Be Donated To Charity. Return Of Items Will Be Subject To A £5 Handling Fee + Associated Postage/Packaging Costs.

You Are Advised To Have Your Own Travel Insurance To Cover Flight Delays Or Cancellations, Curtailment, And Loss Of Baggage, Personal Effects And Money.

The Apartments Being Provided Are Privately Owned Apartments In Residential Areas In The City Centre. When Entering Or Leaving The Apartments (And Whilst Staying In The Apartment) Please Do So With Consideration For Others And Do Not Disturb The Neighbours Or Give Any Cause For Complaint. If In Our Reasonable Opinion Or In The Reasonable Opinion Of Any Other Person In Authority, You Or Any Member Of Your Party Behaves In Such A Way As To Cause Or Be Likely To Cause Danger, Upset Or Distress To Any Third Party Or Damage To Property, We Are Entitled, Without Prior Notice, To Terminate The Accommodation Provision. In This Situation, The Entire Party Will Be Required To Leave The Accommodation And We Will Have No Further Responsibility Toward The Booking Party Including Any Return Travel Arrangements. No Refunds Will Be Made And We Will Not Pay Any Expenses Or Costs Incurred As A Result Of The Termination.

We Cannot Accept Liability Or Pay Any Compensation Where The Provision Of The Apartment Or Its Facilities Is Prevented Or Affected By Or You Otherwise Suffer Any Damage Or Loss Due To Any Event Which We Could Not, Even With All Due Care, Foresee Or Avoid. Such Events May Include War Or Threat Of War, Riot, Civil Strife, Terrorist Activity Or Actual Threatened Terrorist Activity, Industrial Dispute, Natural Or Nuclear Disaster, Adverse Weather Conditions, Fire And All Similar Events Outside Our Control.

The Landlord Hereby Agrees To Let The Property And The Tenant Hereby Agrees To Take The Property For The Rent And Term In Accordance With The Conditions Stated Within This Agreement.

ON RECEIPT OF THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT, EITHER DIRECTLY TO ‘INNERCITYLETS.COM’ OR AN APPROVED THIRD PARTY AGENT, THIS CONSTITUTES A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT AS STATED ABOVE.

EXTRA NOTE - ANY TOWELS THAT ARE STAINED BY MAKEUP / FAKE TAN OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT WILL BE CAHRGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT AT A COST OF £5 PER TOWEL.
